This page explains how we deliver door knockers and entry accents within New Zealand and how you can pay for your order.

Delivery in New Zealand

We deliver to addresses across New Zealand. Once your order is confirmed and payment is arranged, we will pack and dispatch your item. Typical delivery is within 5 to 10 working days for in-stock items, depending on your location and the carrier. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer; we will advise you at the time of order.

Delivery costs depend on the size and weight of the item and your delivery address. We will confirm the delivery fee and timeframe when you enquire or place an order. You can collect from our Auckland address by prior arrangement; contact us via the Contact page to arrange.

Payment Methods

We accept payment by bank transfer (NZ bank account) and by card where we have arranged card payment for your order. Payment details and timing will be confirmed when you place an order or accept a quote. We do not store your full card details; any card payment is processed in line with standard security practices.
